Trenchless Pipe Bursting & Sewer Upgrade at Brookmount Road, Toronto, ON

The existing underground sewer line at this Brookmount Road property in Toronto required replacement and drainage improvements. To reduce excavation and minimize disruption to the property, Pryde Group Corp. used pipe bursting technology to install a new sewer line. The project also included additional basement drainage and sewer backup protection.

The Pryde Group Corp. crew replaced the existing underground sewer line using a professional pipe bursting system. This trenchless method allowed the new sewer pipe to be installed while limiting excavation to the necessary access areas.

As part of the drainage upgrade, our team installed two new floor drains inside the home: one in the furnace room and another in the laundry room. These additional drains help improve basement drainage and provide better protection against potential water accumulation.

An exterior backwater valve was also installed to help prevent sewage from backing up into the property from the municipal sewer system. The project included all required sewer connections and drainage upgrades, providing the home with a new underground sewer line and improved basement flood protection.
