Sewer Line Replacement at James Street, Woodstock, ON

Project Overview
Damaged sections of the sewer system were identified at this James Street property in Woodstock. To restore reliable drainage, the project required replacement of both exterior and interior sewer piping, including approximately 10 feet outside the home and 15 feet beneath the basement floor.
Work Completed
The Pryde Group Corp. crew excavated the damaged exterior sewer section and replaced approximately 10 feet of pipe with new PVC sewer piping. The new line was installed on proper gravel bedding and securely connected to the existing drainage system.
Inside the basement, the concrete floor was opened to access the damaged underground sewer line. The old pipe section was removed, and approximately 15 feet of new sewer pipe was installed with secure connections and proper bedding.
After the sewer replacement was completed, the exterior trench was carefully backfilled and the basement concrete floor was restored, leaving the drainage system with new, reliable piping inside and outside the property.
