Building Trap Removal & Two Sewer Cleanouts at Bathurst St, Toronto, ON

A residential property on Bathurst Street in Toronto required a sewer system upgrade to remove the existing building trap and improve future access to the underground sewer line. Installing new piping and dedicated cleanouts provides better access for sewer camera inspections, drain cleaning, and ongoing maintenance.

The Pryde Group Corp. crew excavated the exterior sewer line and removed the existing building trap. After the old trap was taken out, new sewer piping was installed along with two sewer cleanouts positioned to provide access in both directions.

The new underground connections were completed securely, and gravel was placed around the piping to provide proper support and stability. Once the sewer upgrade was complete, the excavation area was carefully backfilled, cleaned, and restored.
