30 Ft Pipe Bursting & Complete Interior Sewer Replacement at Canzone Drive, Scarborough, ON

The sewer and drainage system at this Canzone Drive property in Scarborough required a major upgrade. The project included approximately 30 feet of trenchless sewer replacement outside the home as well as a complete replacement of the underground sewer and drain piping inside the property. Pipe bursting was used to replace the damaged exterior sewer section while minimizing unnecessary excavation.

The Pryde Group Corp. crew replaced approximately 30 feet of the damaged underground sewer line using trenchless pipe bursting technology. The new sewer pipe was installed and securely connected to the existing drainage system to provide reliable long-term operation.

Inside the home, our team opened the concrete floor and removed the existing underground drainage piping. A new drainage system was installed using 4-inch PVC sewer pipe, including replacement and reconnection of the branch drain lines.

New sewer cleanouts were also installed to provide convenient access for future maintenance, cleaning, and camera inspections. The new piping was supported with proper clear stone bedding and connected to the newly replaced exterior sewer line.

After completing the sewer and drain installation, the excavated interior areas were prepared for backfilling and concrete restoration.
