Exterior Foundation Waterproofing at Highland Ave, Niagara Falls, ON

Project Overview
This Highland Ave property in Niagara Falls required exterior foundation waterproofing to improve protection against groundwater, moisture penetration, and future basement water issues. Approximately 18 feet of foundation wall was excavated to the footing so the exterior surface could be properly prepared and waterproofed.
Work Completed
The Pryde Group Corp. crew excavated approximately 18 feet along the foundation down to the footing, exposing the exterior wall and the areas requiring waterproofing. The foundation surface was prepared before the waterproofing system was applied.
A protective drainage membrane was then installed over the waterproofed foundation wall. Gravel was placed along the footing to improve drainage and help direct groundwater away from the foundation.
Our team carefully sealed the waterproofing system around corners and transition areas to provide continuous protection against moisture infiltration. After the waterproofing and drainage work was completed, the excavated area was prepared for backfilling.
