Drain & Sewer Line Replacement at Ashland Avenue, Toronto, ON

The underground drainage system at this Ashland Avenue property in Toronto required replacement and several plumbing upgrades. To access the existing drain and sewer piping, the basement concrete floor was opened and the old sections were removed. The project was designed to restore reliable drainage and improve future access for inspection and maintenance.

The Pryde Group Corp. crew replaced the underground main drain and sewer piping with new ABS piping and completed several related plumbing upgrades throughout the basement.

The work included replacement of the main plumbing stack, replacement of the laundry sink drain connection, installation of a new toilet flange, and installation of a new cleanout in the laundry area for easier future sewer camera inspections and maintenance.

The new drainage pipes were installed with proper gravel bedding for support and stability. After all connections were completed, the opened sections of the basement floor were restored with new concrete, leaving the property with an upgraded and reliable interior drainage system.
