Water kept backing up into the basement bathroom. Two other companies told me that we just needed the main drain snaked which was wrong. After posting the job the guys from Pryde showed up right away and did a thorough inspection. Turns out we had collapsed pipe and some other issues. They scheduled us in and got to work soon after. Great quality of work and they explained everything thoroughly.
Over a week ago, I contacted Pryde Group via HomeStars regarding a sewer line issue. They called me immediately and were at my home within an hour. They did a video camera inspection at no cost and provided a very reasonable price quote. Also at no cost. In two days they came and repaired the sewer line and left the site in excellent shape.
