Building Trap Removal & Sewer Repair at Felbrigg Ave, North York, ON

The exterior sewer line at this Felbrigg Ave property in North York required repair due to an old building trap and an affected section of underground piping. Removing the outdated trap and replacing the damaged section helped restore reliable drainage and improve future access to the sewer system.

The Pryde Group Corp. crew excavated the sewer line outside the home and removed the existing building trap. The affected section was replaced with new durable PVC sewer pipe and securely connected to the existing drainage system.

A new cleanout access point was also installed to make future sewer inspections, maintenance, and cleaning easier. Once the connections were completed, the new pipe was properly bedded with gravel for support and stability. The excavation was then carefully backfilled and the work area restored.
