Sewer Line Replacement on 3rd Avenue, Cambridge, ON

The existing underground sewer line at this Cambridge property required full replacement from the house connection to the city property line. Trenchless pipe bursting was selected to replace the entire sewer service while minimizing excavation and reducing disturbance to the surrounding yard.

The Pryde Group Corp. crew excavated access pits at the required connection points and used the pipe bursting method to pull a new durable HDPE sewer pipe through the path of the old line.

The new sewer line was installed from the house connection to the city property line. After completing all required connections, our team placed clear stone around the pipe, tested the drainage system, and carefully restored the work area.

The homeowner now has a reliable new sewer line with improved flow and long-term protection against future sewer backups.
