Exterior Waterproofing at Tyler Dr, Hamilton, ON

The Pryde Group Corp. crew excavated the affected foundation wall down to the footing. The foundation surface was professionally cleaned and prepared before a premium waterproofing membrane was applied.

A heavy-duty dimple membrane was then installed to protect the waterproof coating and improve drainage along the foundation wall. Our team also installed a new weeping tile, also known as a French drain, at the footing and surrounded it with clean drainage stone to collect groundwater and redirect it away from the foundation.

After completing the exterior foundation waterproofing and drainage system, all components were carefully inspected to confirm proper installation. The area was then backfilled, leaving the property with long-term protection against basement leaks, foundation moisture and water damage.
